A CLEARER WAY TO GET HELP

Start with the details.

Add the page link or listing reference, what you expected to happen, and what you saw. That gives the team useful context from the start.

For sign-in problems, listings, profile corrections and technical issues. You can send a message without signing in.

Send commercial requirements through a buy request or a proposal on a published listing so the supplier has your specifications.

For an existing trade, keep contract and delivery discussions in your private deal room. The contact form is for platform support.
